We use CorelDraw but we understand that there are many other programs used. Below are some guidelines which will help us to ensure your printing is completed to the best of specifications
Please ensure your files are sent to us in High-Resolution PDF. Alternatively, we also accept high-resolution JPG, TIFF & PNG.a. This ensures when we upload your artwork to our system the image does not distort or pixelate.
Do not use Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or any other Microsoft files.
Your artwork should be high resolution: 300DPI, CMYK color mode.
Please allow 3mm bleed on all sides of your artwork for paper products (Traditional Printing).

This is required when we need to trim print.
If there is no bleed any trimming will cut off your artwork
Please allow 5mm bleed on all sides of your artwork for paper products (Large Format Printing).

If unsure, please email us and we will send you a template to guide you
Either integrate the fonts in your artwork or convert all of the fonts to outlines or paths.
Integrate all photos into the document.
Please make sure that all content is printed with a minimum font size of 5 points for (paper/traditional printing) & at least 8 points in size For paper/large format printing

Note :All artworks must be 300dpi & CMYK colour mode. Our printing colours are made up of CMYK or Pantone colours. This usually accounts for the colour differences.
